Herman Williams is currently the President of HW Healthcare Solutions (HWHS), a Nashville based healthcare consulting firm specializing in key management solutions for Hospitals, Physician practices and other Healthcare entities. He was formally the Chief Physician Executive of The Hardenbergh Group, the leading provider of healthcare professional staffing, providing consulting services and assisting with External Peer Review. He also served in the role of Managing Director for the Nashville Healthcare practice as well as Chief Physician Executive for all BDO USA, the fifth largest professional services firm in the United States.
He brings more than 25 years of healthcare leadership and management experience in medical staff consulting, strategic planning, Executive Coaching, and hospital operations as a senior physician executive. He brings a special expertise in medical staff consulting and strategy and has worked with numerous physicians to improve their efficiency in meeting compliance and regulatory standards.
Herman is the author of a new motivational book called, “CLEAR! Living The Life You Never Dreamed Of”. He is a certified coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and has successfully coached numerous physicians and hospital leaders.
Herman saves time to give back to his community by serving as the American Heart Association Tennessee Branch President and on the board of the Tri-State Minority Supplier Development Council. He has given numerous speeches on leadership at institutions such as Harvard University, Boston University, Meharry Medical College, Amherst College, and San Diego State University.
